Job summary

Mirrastone Group is seeking a Content and Group Communications Manager in Melbourne to shape how our brands connect with customers, communities and the wider industry. You’ll lead a small team and collaborate with senior leaders to turn business ideas into engaging content.

You’ll drive content strategy across multiple brands, develop compelling narratives, manage PR, and coordinate internal and external communications to strengthen our group voice in a dynamic Australian market.

Qualifications

• Experience across marketing communications, content creation, PR or corporate comms and delivering effective strategies.
• Passion for content creation, storytelling and building strong brands.
• Excellent writing and copywriting across audiences and platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and brand engagement.
• Experience leading multiple brands or divisions with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to guide a small team and mentor colleagues.
• Organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Residential construction, property or related industry experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content and compelling brand stories across digital platforms, websites and campaigns.
• Develop communication strategies for individual brands while sustaining a group identity.
• Guide content direction with the Social Media Specialist to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage PR activities, media relationships and external agency partnerships.
• Support industry engagement, corporate communications and key stakeholder relations.
• Develop internal communications to keep staff informed and connected.
• Coordinate communication strategies for events, awards and brand initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and support a small marketing team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to turn ideas into engaging content.
