Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Brand and Communications Advisor to shape internal communications for Australian operations. You’ll drive initiatives, ensure brand compliance, and partner with leaders and teams to deliver engaging campaigns.

You’ll work in a dynamic, hybrid role with mentoring and professional development opportunities, and you’ll collaborate with the MARCOM team on major projects while supporting leadership in crisis communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in communications/marketing team
• Confident writer with adaptable tone
• Responsive to feedback and detail-oriented
• Experience advising leaders
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva and SharePoint/M365 (desirable)
• Tertiary education in Communications, PR, Marketing or equivalent (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Support AU business with internal communications for Connect series and engagement initiatives
• Develop audience-specific communication collateral (emails, articles, graphics, SharePoint pages)
• Draft and deliver communications aligned to brand and tone
• Provide high-value support to senior leaders on campaigns
• Collaborate with MARCOM team on major projects
• Prepare briefing documents and messaging for crisis or change communications
• Manage brand identity, tone of voice and messaging
• Create and manage content calendars with stakeholders
• Track and analyse campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
