Job summary

Gallagher Bassett in Australia is seeking a Brand and Communications Advisor to shape internal communications for our Australian operations. You will drive initiatives, ensure brand compliance, and create engaging campaigns that resonate with leaders and teams.

This full-time role offers flexible hybrid working from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne CBD, with mentoring and professional development to help you grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in a similar role within a communications/marketing team
• Confident writer with adaptable tone for different audiences and channels
• Responsive to feedback and detail-oriented
• Experience conveying professional advice to leaders
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva and SharePoint/M365 administration (desirable)
• Tertiary education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage internal communications collateral and campaigns across regions
• Ensure brand compliance and consistent tone of voice across channels
• Collaborate with the MARCOM team on major projects and provide communications guidance
• Support leaders with crisis or change communications materials
• Create and maintain content calendars with stakeholders
• Track campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
