Qualifications

• 3+ years industry experience in a similar role within a communications/marketing team.
• Confident writer with ability to adapt tone to audience and channel.
• Responsive to feedback, detail oriented and process driven.
• Experience conveying professional advice to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support internal communications for the Connect series and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop communication collateral (emails, news articles, graphics, SharePoint pages) tailored to audience and purpose.
• Draft and deliver compelling communications that align to brand, key messages and tone of voice.
• Provide high-value support to Senior Director, Global Brand & Reputation and Communications Manager – International on internal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the MARCOM team to advise on major projects and campaigns.
• Prepare briefing documents, messaging and materials for crisis or change communications.
• Manage brand identity, including visual identity and consistent messaging to protect and enhance reputation.
• Create and manage content calendars with stakeholders and track campaign effectiveness.
