Gallagher Bassett in Australia is seeking a Brand and Communications Advisor to shape and deliver internal communications across the Australian operations. You will drive audience-specific campaigns, ensure brand compliance, and collaborate with senior leaders to support engagement and messaging.

This permanent full-time role offers flexible hybrid working from home and office locations in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne CBD, with mentoring and professional development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years industry experience in a communications/marketing team
• Confident writer with adaptable tone for different audiences
• Responsive to feedback and highly organised
• Detail-oriented with process focus
• Experience communicating with leaders and executives
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Canva and SharePoint / M365 administration (desirable)
• Tertiary education in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or equivalent (desirable)

Aufgaben

• Support the AU business with internal communications for Connect series and executive initiatives
• Develop communication collateral (emails, news articles, graphics, SharePoint pages) tailored to audience
• Draft and deliver messaging aligned to brand and tone of voice
• Provide high-value support to Senior Director, Global Brand & Reputation, and Communications Manager
• Collaborate with MARCOM to advise on major projects
• Create briefing documents, messaging and materials for crisis/change communications
• Manage brand identity, tone of voice, and consistent messaging
• Create and manage content calendars with stakeholders
• Track and analyse campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
