Mars Australia is seeking a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to shape our internal narrative across ANZ. Reporting to Corporate Affairs Director and partnering with the GM and leadership team, you will craft strategies that inform, engage and inspire Associates.

You’ll drive change communications during transformation programs, connect sites from Wodonga to Melbourne and field teams, and lead community partnerships that demonstrate our purpose in action.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in senior corporate communication roles.
• Degree in communications, marketing, or related business discipline.
• Proven track record in internal and change communications strategies.
• Ability to influence senior executives and manage budgets.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integrated internal communications programs for associates.
• Advise senior leaders on leadership communication and culture.
• Drive change communications for transformation initiatives.
• Develop community partnerships and CSR activations.
• Foster belonging across manufacturing sites, offices, and field teams.
