Vetafarm, Australia’s leading animal health innovator, is seeking a passionate Brand Representative in NSW. You will build relationships with pet retailers, rescue groups and the animal care community, delivering education and trusted guidance across multiple channels.

We are seeking a passionate Brand Representative to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with pet retailers, animal rescue groups, welfare organisations and the wider animal care community, building meaningful relationships that improve animal health and wellbeing through education, guidance and trusted advice.

The Role

As a Brand Representative, you will be one of the key connections between Vetafarm and the people who use and recommend our products every day.

You will spend your time building relationships, sharing knowledge and supporting customers across a variety of channels and communities. Whether you are visiting retailers, attending events, answering customer questions or providing practical product guidance, you will help ensure every interaction reflects Vetafarm's commitment to quality, understanding and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pet retailers, animal rescues, welfare organisations, animal care groups and pet owners.
• Provide product education, guidance and support that helps customers make informed decisions.
• Represent Vetafarm at customer visits, industry events, training sessions and community engagement activities.
• Learn and confidently communicate Vetafarm's product ranges and animal care principles.
• Support customers by answering questions, sharing resources and coordinating assistance from specialist teams where required.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement across the business.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to accurately maintain records and customer information.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure commitments and follow-up actions are completed.

• Experience in pet retail, animal care, veterinary nursing, customer service or a similar role will be highly regarded.
