Sephora is seeking a Store Manager for our brand new Blacktown store to lead a high-energy team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will report to the District Manager and work with an Assistant Store Manager to guide Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers in line with Sephora's values.

The role emphasizes driving selling culture, managing store operations, and developing internal talent while maintaining KPI performance and a strong store brand presence.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi-site experience.
• Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
• Hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help team members succeed.
• Knack for attracting, identifying, and inspiring talented employees.
• Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels.
• Able to work weekends, late nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values.
• Drive a selling culture to meet KPIs and promote Sephora’s values.
• Utilize data to support operational decisions with district manager and stores director.
• Implement continuous improvement within the team and partner with the wider group.
• Ensure first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
