Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the day-to-day brand growth agenda, connecting retail activity, marketing and community engagement.
Your focus will include:
Growing retail presence: Identify distribution opportunities, support ranging and range reviews, and help strengthen performance in-store.
Bringing the brand to life: Deliver consistent campaigns, content, retail assets and partnerships that build a distinct brand identity.
Building community connections: Develop relationships with gyms, studios, wellness communities and aligned organisations, supported by an ongoing sampling program.
Creating consumer interest: Coordinate influencer activity, product seeding, PR opportunities, events and activations.
Launching new products: Build go-to-market plans and coordinate campaigns and retail support with the sales, creative and product teams.
Keeping things moving: Own activity calendars, briefs and timelines, bringing people together to deliver against brand and revenue goals.
3-5 years' experience in FMCG brand or marketing roles, with grocery experience essential.
Experience supporting major Australian retailers and an understanding of how brands grow through distribution and retail performance.
A track record of delivering campaigns, launches or activations.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to turn ideas into clear briefs and compelling sell-in decks.
The organisation and follow-through to manage several priorities at once.
Commercial curiosity, sound judgement and confidence working autonomously.
Experience in food, beverage, health or wellness would be highly regarded, as would exposure to challenger brands, community marketing, sampling or influencer activity.
You like building things and taking ownership. You're comfortable moving between creative ideas and commercial conversations, and you get satisfaction from seeing a plan land in the real world.
You can spot an opportunity, bring the right people together and follow it through. You're proactive, practical and comfortable finding your way when everything isn't mapped out.
