ING Australia is looking for an experienced Brand Identity & Design Coordinator to join our Brand & Creative Operations team.
In this role, you'll be at the centre of ING Australia's internal creative studio, helping shape how creative work is planned, prioritised and delivered across the business. Using your strong organisational, stakeholder management and workflow coordination skills, you'll manage incoming creative requests, oversee workflow and resource planning, and ensure projects are clearly briefed, prioritised, tracked and delivered to agreed timelines.
Reporting to the Brand & Creative Operations Senior Manager , you'll work closely with Brand Managers, Marketing Managers, designers, copywriters and stakeholders across Marketing, Brand & Corporate Affairs. You'll play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, supporting governance processes, coordinating studio operations and driving continuous improvement using approved AI and digital tools.
