Job summary

Vinarchy invites a dynamic Supervisor to lead the team at the Jacob’s Creek Brand Home. You’ll welcome guests, coach staff, and coordinate tours and experiences while driving sales and brand storytelling.

Working with the Brand Home Manager and fellow Supervisors, you’ll ensure seamless service, high standards and a warm, memorable visitor journey that reflects Vinarchy’s ambitious, innovative spirit in wine hospitality.

Qualifications

• RSA and liquor licensing knowledge required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Genuine passion for wine and creating memorable experiences
• Local hospitality knowledge and tech confidence
• Problem-solving under pressure with a positive, innovative mindset
• WSET, First Aid, Responsible Person, barista skills or fire warden certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the team on a fast-paced hospitality floor with warmth and confidence
• Deliver concierge-style guest service at the Welcome Desk and promote wine/merchandise
• Coordinate tours, tastings and experiences and manage bookings
• Open briefings, staff inductions, training and ongoing coaching
• Manage stock, compliance audits, data capture and safety standards
• Foster a positive, energized work culture and drive brand storytelling

The Role

You’re the steady hand on the floor, the warm welcome at the door, the coach who lifts the team, and the leader who ensures every guest leaves feeling connected to our story. You’ll work closely with the Brand Home Manager and fellow Supervisors to create a seamless, sales-focused experience that feels effortless to the customer and brilliantly coordinated behind the scenes.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality, loves people, and knows how to turn great service into great results.

What You'll lead

You’ll guide the team through the daily flow of the Brand Home - from opening briefings to till reconciliations, from service standards to smooth operations. You’ll support inductions, lead ongoing training, and keep everyone aligned, informed and motivated.

The Customer Journey

You’re the first smile they see and the last goodbye they hear. At the Welcome Desk, you’ll deliver concierge-style service, promote wine and merchandise, manage enquiries, and coordinate bookings for tours, tastings and experiences. Every interaction is a chance to elevate the brand and maximise sales opportunities.

The Experiences & Events

From intimate tastings to large functions, you’ll help prepare, execute and pack down events across the Jacob’s Creek precinct , ensuring communication flows between service teams, event coordinators and the kitchen.

You’ll help build a supportive, positive environment where people feel empowered to deliver their best. You’ll give constructive feedback, celebrate wins, and help shape a workplace that feels energised, connected and proud.
