Job summary

Henry Schein in Mascot, Sydney, is seeking a Senior Category Manager, Restorative, to own a portfolio of suppliers and drive brand growth across key categories. You will develop and implement annual marketing plans, manage pricing, promotions and product lifecycles, and work with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Customer Care, Inventory and Finance to hit sales and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in brand management.
• Qualifications in business, marketing, communications, or sales.
• Strong commercial judgment with data-driven decision making.
• Experience launching campaigns and managing product lifecycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned suppliers and product ranges to hit sales and margin targets.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans with category manager.
• Prepare supplier sales budgets and analyze performance data.
• Identify profitable new product opportunities and manage lifecycle.
• Plan and analyze monthly campaigns, including pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Marketing, Sales, Inventory and Finance.
