Henry Schein Australia is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to own a restorative category portfolio, develop marketing plans, manage supplier relationships and drive product life cycles across multiple geographies.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Inventory and Finance to achieve sales, margin and market-growth targets while delivering training and product updates to the sales teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in brand management in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or sales.
• Strong commercial understanding to translate data into action.
• Experience developing campaigns, launching products and coordinating priorities.
• Digital marketing experience and ability to prepare engaging content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Pronto preferred; Salesforce and Phocas beneficial.
• Dental knowledge and experience preferred.
• A self-motivated, cooperative and flexible team player.

Responsabilités

• Managing assigned suppliers and product ranges to deliver sales, margin and growth objectives.
• Developing and implementing annual marketing plans with Category Manager aligned to supplier go-to-market.
• Preparing supplier sales budgets and analyzing performance to guide decisions.
• Identifying profitable new product opportunities and managing pricing and lifecycles.
• Planning and analysing monthly campaigns including positioning and promotions.
• Maintaining communication with suppliers on pricing and product timing.
• Providing Sales with product updates and required training and support.
• Coordinating customer education and courses per supplier strategy.
• Forecasting promotional activity and managing stock turns and aged stock.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Digital, Sales, Customer Care, Inventory, Finance and partners.
