Westpac Fountain Gate in Narre Warren is seeking a Personal Banker. You will engage with customers in-branch and by phone to uncover financial needs, promote banking products, and refer clients to Home Loans and Business Banking teams.

This full-time role blends sales with service, with clear targets and comprehensive training to support your banking career. The role operates 8am-5pm on weekdays and 9am-1:30pm on Saturdays, at Fountain Gate Shopping Centre.

Qualificações

• Banking or customer-facing sales experience is valued, with emphasis on strong customer relationships
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs and provide excellent customer service
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, branch environment with multiple systems

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers in-branch and over the phone to identify financial needs and promote banking products
• Refer customers to specialist teams (e.g., Home Loans, Business Banking) and coach on digital banking offerings
• Balance sales targets with exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records across systems
