  • Conduct toolbox meetings and operational briefings.
  • Build a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, safety and care for equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock transfers.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment, vehicles and warehouse assets.
  • Maintain WHS compliance across the warehouse, vehicles and operational teams.
  • Manage operational costs including labour, transport, subcontractors and branch expenses.
  • Monitor overtime and casual labour requirements.
  • Source and manage local transport providers, subcontractors and operational suppliers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary operational costs.
  • Work within agreed branch budgets and provide operational reporting.
  • Maintain close communication with the Sydney Operations and Accounts teams.
  • Participate in weekly planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Review forward bookings and identify stock, staffing or logistical requirements early.
  • Escalate operational risks before they affect event delivery.
The Candidate
