Job summary

Interfit, the service division of Yokohama TWS, seeks a Branch Manager for the Smithfield operation in Sydney. You will lead a team across operations, tyre fitting services and customer support, with full P&L responsibility and a focus on delivering service excellence to an established customer base.

You’ll drive safety, efficiency and growth, balancing day-to-day service with strategic business development across multiple sites and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, service operation or similar unit.
• Track record of delivering business results and customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable managing budgets and sales targets.
• Able to earn trust with customers and team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across operations, service delivery and customer support.
• Set clear expectations, coach, and provide feedback.

• Identify training needs and grow team capability.
• Maintain a safe, reliable operation and compliant practices.
• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure readiness of people, stock and equipment.

• Arrange servicing and maintenance of branch tools, vehicles and equipment.
• Grow sales and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Build new business with existing accounts and identify opportunities.
