Job summary

HCF is seeking a Branch Manager for our Glen Waverley branch inside The Glen Shopping Centre. You will lead growth, oversee member services, and drive acquisition through local activities while managing branch operations and budget.

You will coach a high-performing team in product knowledge, customer service, and engagement, ensuring exceptional service and achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop membership growth strategies for insurance product sales budgets.
• Engage in external acquisition activities and local marketing.
• Drive first point resolution to member inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure branch resources align with servicing requirements and high service levels.
• Coach and develop a highly engaged team with regular feedback.
• Manage branch operations within budget and policy compliance.
• Propose improvements to sales, workflow, or distribution.
