Job summary

Hertz seeks a motivated Branch Manager for the Dubbo location in the Central West NSW. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will oversee daily operations, mentor the team, and drive financial performance at the Hertz Dubbo site.

Duties:

• Overseeing day to day operations
• Manage, mentor and develop team
• Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information, daily operating controls and figures
• Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur
• Completion of reports by due dates
• Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly
