Job summary

Hertz Dubbo is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Central West NSW location, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will oversee daily operations, mentor the team and drive the business to meet financial targets.

You will excel at customer service, logistics, planning and prioritisation, and you must be willing to travel and obtain a National Police Check.

If you are motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working under pressure, this is a stable long‑term role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service and logistics experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in managing teams.
• Desire to achieve and grow the business.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Willing to travel; unrestricted driver's license; National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day to day operations.
• Manage, mentor and develop team.
• Ensure the business achieves its financial objectives by ongoing examination of the accounts, system information, daily operating controls and figures.
• Ensure the necessary improvements and corrective actions are taken where variations from target achievement occur.
• Completion of reports by due dates.
• Maintain systems to ensure that all customer orders are processed promptly.
