Bendigo Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for Cobden & Camperdown to lead growth, coach a high-performing team and strengthen community ties. You will drive commercial activities, manage lending and risk, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in a local Community Bank setting.

As a leader you’ll develop staff, implement strategic plans and collaborate with the Community Bank board to support local initiatives while upholding compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • People leadership with the ability to develop, coach and manage staff performance.
  • Proven sales mentorship through implementing strategies to drive business.
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending (essential).
  • Strong communications skills to deliver clear branch expectations.
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen and risk framework.
  • Ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance.
  • High level understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.
  • Knowledge of retail branch operations.
