SIXT Australia is seeking a Branch Performance Supervisor in Hoppers Crossing to lead daily operations, coach a frontline team, and drive performance across sales, customer experience, and fleet presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, or service-based leadership roles.

• Create a strong sales culture by coaching team members to maximise every customer interaction.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Monitor and drive key branch KPIs across sales, utilisation, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Ensure vehicles and branch facilities are maintained to premium presentation standards at all times.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
• Manage customer concerns professionally and effectively to support long-term customer loyalty and retention.
• Support rostering, workflow management, and operational planning to maximise branch performance.
• Partner closely with your Area Performance Manager to deliver results across the 5 P's - People, Product, Processes, Premises, and Profit.

We are currently seeking a driven and hands-on Branch Performance Supervisor to lead one of our locations and drive outstanding results through strong frontline leadership, operational excellence, and a high-performing team culture.

About the Role

As Branch Performance Supervisor, you will take full ownership of branch performance across sales, customer experience, fleet presentation, operations, and team leadership.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead from the front, support day-to-day operations, coach your team to perform at a high level, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium SIXT experience.

You will play a key role in driving branch performance by balancing operational discipline with strong commercial awareness and customer service excellence.
