Job summary

O'Connors Careers is seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Horsham and Warracknabeal dealerships in Victoria. You will oversee the Parts, Service and Administration functions, guiding a team to deliver strong commercial results and exceptional customer service.

In this role you will drive branch performance, develop your people, strengthen customer relationships and promote the business through local events and community engagement, delivering sustainable growth for the business.

We’re now looking for a high-performing Branch Manager to lead our Horsham and Warracknabeal dealerships and drive the continued growth of our aftersales operations.

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the dealerships Parts, Service and Administration functions, leading a team to deliver strong commercial results, outstanding customer service and a positive team culture.

You’ll play a key leadership role in:

• Driving branch performance and achieving KPI and budget targets
• Leading, developing and engaging your team
• Strengthening customer relationships and growing the client base
