O’Connors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Warracknabeal and Horsham dealerships in Victoria. You will guide the sales team, drive regional growth, and strengthen customer relationships while ensuring profitability.

This leadership role requires a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset. You will collaborate with branch leaders to maximise opportunities and deliver exceptional service to Australian farmers.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong sales management background, ideally in agricultural machinery, rural services or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Sound commercial acumen and understanding of sales and financial performance.
• Passion for agriculture and helping customers succeed.
• Strong organisational and computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Team across both dealerships.
• Drive sales performance and achievement of regional sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Assist with equipment appraisals, finance solutions, stocking decisions, and sales planning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the agricultural industry.
• Work with Branch Managers and other departments to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Promote the O’Connors brand and maintain our reputation as a trusted partner to Australian farmers.
