Vendito, a respected electrical wholesaler, is hiring a Branch Manager to lead the Geelong operation. This hands-on role focuses on growing sales and optimizing branch performance while maintaining strong contractor relationships.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor the branch team, and work with suppliers to ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate has electrical wholesale experience, senior sales or branch management background, and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience within electrical wholesale or electrical distribution
• Previous Branch Management, Assistant Branch Management or senior sales experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and the trade customer market
• Proven sales and business development ability
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercial understanding and the ability to manage branch performance
• Excellent customer relationship-building skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to leadership
• The ability to motivate a team and lead by example

About the Role

An established and well-respected electrical wholesaler is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead their Geelong operation.

This is a hands‑on leadership position suited to someone who understands the electrical wholesale industry, enjoys developing a team and knows how to drive both sales and operational performance.

You’ll take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the branch while maintaining strong relationships with local contractors and customers and continuing to grow the business across the Geelong market.
