Job summary

Ezytrail Adelaide is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Blair Athol showroom, overseeing sales, profitability and daily operations. You’ll be on the floor, coaching staff, delivering great customer experiences and driving branch performance with real ownership.

This hands-on leadership role includes coordinating show presence, managing staffing, and working closely with Head Office to align on strategy and standards. An opportunity to shape a growing Australian caravan and RV business.

Qualifications

• Proven branch management or senior operations leadership experience in retail (caravan/RV preferred).
• Strong commercial awareness with accountability for results.
• Genuine customer focus with ability to resolve issues before escalation.
• Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Strong organisational skills to manage staffing and priorities.
• Experience planning or running events or trade shows is highly regarded.
• Clear communication with head office and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth day-to-day branch operations including staffing and priorities.
• Coordinate caravan and camping show set-up with the Show Team.

About the role

We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Adelaide branch in Blair Athol. You'll run the branch as a business and be accountable for its results, including sales, profitability and cost control. You'll also make sure every customer gets a great experience and that the branch runs smoothly day to day.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on the floor, leading by example, with real ownership of how your branch performs.

What you'll be doing

• Taking ownership of branch business results, including sales performance, margin and operating costs
• Leading the customer experience from first enquiry through to handover and after-sales support, and resolving customer issues and complaints promptly
• Keeping the branch running smoothly day to day, including staffing, coverage, priorities and task delegation
• Taking charge of caravan and camping show set-up, including display vans, stand presentation, staffing and logistics, working closely with the Show Team
• Coordinating branch readiness for handovers, volume increases and peak periods driven by show sales
• Keeping operating discipline across sales, delivery, service, warranty, stock and branch presentation
• Finding better procedures and processes to lift productivity and branch performance
• Leading, coaching and motivating the branch team, and building a culture of accountability, trust and growth
• Keeping clear, open communication with Head Office, and escalating risks and branch issues in good time
• Working with Head Office teams including Sales, Warranty & After Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing

What you'll bring

• Proven branch management or senior operations leadership experience, ideally in caravan, RV, automotive, marine or a similar retail environment
• Strong commercial awareness and a business-owner mindset, with accountability for results
• A genuine customer focus, and the ability to resolve concerns before they escalat
• A track record of leading and developing teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing business
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle staffing, workload and priorities during peak periods
• Experience planning or running events, trade shows or expos is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through
• Clear verbal and written communication, and confidence working with Head Office and external stakeholders
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM and business systems, and quick to pick up new tools
• Resilient, composed under pressure, and practical in your approach
• A current Australian driver licence

Hours

An average of 38 hours per week, including work on Saturdays. Attendance at caravan and camping shows, including some weekends, is required as part of the role.
