Blue Mountains Library is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a dedicated team in a busy public library setting. You will lead staff, coordinate daily operations and foster strong community connections while delivering quality customer service.

The successful candidate will bring library leadership experience, a commitment to customer excellence and the ability to prioritize amid competing demands in a dynamic environment.
