Westpac Group's St George division is seeking a Customer Service Officer at Carlingford Court Shopping Centre to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a welcoming experience and guiding them through banking needs.

You will handle everyday banking queries, assist with cash deposits and withdrawals, promote digital platforms, and refer customers to Home Loans or Business Banking specialists, while ensuring compliance and accurate end-of-day balancing.
