Job summary

Motion Fluid Power Solutions in Kalgoorlie is seeking a versatile branch all-rounder for customer service and warehouse support. This hands-on role involves assisting across branch operations, including stock handling and order processing, with a requirement for physical manual handling.

The position is permanent full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with market-aligned remuneration and annual salary reviews.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service focus and strong communication.
• 6–12 months experience in warehouse or customer service.
• High attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers.
• Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales, including quotes.
• Enter cash sales, invoices, and purchase orders into the system.
• Arrange credits for pricing issues and returned goods.
• Assist with stock checks and monitor stock levels.
• Picking and packing of orders, including courier documentation.
• Check picked orders and invoicing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering consistent andhigh-quality service to our customers
• Assist customers withtrade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.
• Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system in a timely manner
• Arrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reason for credit and rectify problems to eliminate future credits
• Assistwith periodic stock checks
• Ensuring sufficient levels of stock are available and advise purchasing department of stock requirements
• Picking and packing of orders including courier and transport documentation
• Checking picked orders and invoicing.

This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures

About you – Skills and experience:

• Exceptional customer service focus, communication and interpersonal skills
• At least have 6 months to a year experience in the warehouse, customer service or similar industry.
• High attention to detail and solid organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.
• Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Goodcomputer skills – Knowledge in outlook, excel etc.
• Current driver’s license
• Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing, Hydraulics or similar background (Desirable)
