Job summary

Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a versatile branch all-rounder to support customer service and warehouse operations in Kalgoorlie. This hands-on role involves assisting with trade counter queries, processing sales and stock movements, and ensuring accurate data entry for orders and credits.

You will contribute to stock checks, packing, dispatch preparation and maintaining inventory levels while working as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service focus.
• 6–12 months experience in warehouse or customer service.
• Good computer skills including Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent and high-quality service to customers and support branch operations.
• Assist with trade counter, phone sales, quotes, pricing and product enquiries.
• Enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the system.

Participate in community engagement initiatives, including opportunities to support organisations such as the Red Cross and many more.Recognition that matters: Celebrate your contribution through peer recognition, service-milestone awards and our employee referral program.Key responsibilities include:Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customersAssist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.Accurately enter cash sales, invoices, purchase orders, transfers and picking slips into the computer system in a timely mannerArrange credits for incorrect pricing and returned goods at point of sale; identify reason for credit and rectify problems to eliminate future creditsAssist with periodic stock checksEnsuring sufficient levels of stock are available and advise purchasing department of stock requirementsPicking and packing of orders including courier and transport documentationChecking picked orders and invoicing.This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate proceduresAbout you – Skills and experience:Exceptional customer service focus, communication and interpersonal skillsAt least have 6 months to a year experience in the warehouse, customer service or similar industry.High attention to detail and solid organisation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAble to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.Good computer skills – Knowledge in outlook, excel etc.Current driver’s licenseExperience in the Industrial Manufacturing, Hydraulics or similar background (Desirable)Why us?Motion Fluid Power Solutions is a trusted leader in providing hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings, hydraulic hardware solutions, and pneumatic products.
