Motion is looking for an Internal Salesperson to support customers and ensure smooth branch operations. You will be the first contact for product inquiries, process orders, and provide expert advice on our range of industrial solutions.

As an Internal Salesperson, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, order processing, and providing expert advice on our range of industrial solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

Who are you?

• A strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (experience in industrial products is highly regarded but not essential).
• A proactive and solution-focused attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Strong computer skills , including experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• A willingness to learn and develop product knowledge in bearings, power transmission, and industrial solutions.
• A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to achieving branch goals.
