Job summary

Bayset Pty Ltd is seeking a Branch All Rounder – Warehouse Store Person at our Ingleburn NSW site to support the branch and distribution centre. You will work with the warehouse team to fulfil orders on time and provide excellent customer service by delivering orders on site.

Key responsibilities include picking and packing, receipting and storing goods, loading and delivering orders, operating forklifts, and using stock systems to track movements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift licence and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Knowledge of building/construction industry is a plus.
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Well presented with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders including courier documentation.
• Receipt and storage of goods in accordance with procedures.
• Receive, unpack and store incoming goods.
• Housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse area.
• Deliver customer orders on site.
• Operate forklifts/machinery to move goods.
• Use computer software to locate stock codes, check purchase orders, track back orders, and stock movements.
• Work with sales and operations to ensure timely collection of products.
• Assist Branch Manager with periodic stock checks.

Branch All Rounder - Warehouse Store Person

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Store Person to support our Ingleburn branch and main distribution center in NSW. This is a varied role, and no two days will be the same as you work alongside our warehouse team to provide timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service delivering orders to customer on site.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are definitely not limited to:

Picking & packing of orders including courier and transport documentation.

Receipting and storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures.

Receiving, unpackingand storage of incoming goods.

Housekeeping and maintenanceof the warehouse area

Delivery of customer orders.

Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods

Operate computer software to locate stock codes, checkpurchase orders, track back orders, locate and track stock movements and transfers

Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure timely collection of products and services.

Assist the Branch Manager with periodic stock checks.

About you

Ideally, you will have proven experience in customer service and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Along with experience in these areas you will:

Be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Knowledge of the building and construction industry would be an asset.

Be highly motivated to continually exceed our customers' expectations, support company driven initiatives, and become an integral part of our team.

Must have a current forklift licence;

Have a valid Australian Drivers Licence;

Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude along with a strong work ethic;

Be well presented, self-motivated and willing to learn and develop new skills;

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Participate as a willing and productive member of the team.
