Job summary

Nespresso's boutique in Melbourne is seeking a Stock & Sales Assistant to keep the boutique running smoothly. You will manage deliveries, maintain stock accuracy, and support the team in achieving KPIs and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service on the boutique floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control and inventory processes.
• Retail/boutique experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn about coffee products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage stock deliveries and requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and balance stock levels.
• Drive continuous improvement of stock management processes.
• Communicate with the team on stock levels and product availability.
• Assist customers and deliver exceptional service on the Boutique floor.
• Collaborate with the VM champion for visual merchandising.
• Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail.
