Job summary

Nespresso Boutique in Emporium, Melbourne, seeks a Stock & Sales Assistant to manage stock deliveries, maintain accurate stock levels, and deliver exceptional service on the boutique floor.

You’ll collaborate with the VM champion for visual merchandising, support KPIs and sales targets, and enjoy benefits including staff coffee, uniform, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and manage stock deliveries and requisitions.
• Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and balance stock levels.
• Drive continuous improvement of stock management processes.
• Communicate with the team on stock levels and product availability.
• Assist customers and deliver exceptional service on the Boutique floor.
• Collaborate with the VM champion for visual merchandising.
• Demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail.

This role follows a Full-Time roster Monday through Friday with Monday,Wednesday, Friday early morning 7am deliveries.

Join us as a Stock & Sales Assistant and keep our boutique running flawlessly! You’ll manage deliveries, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Beyond the stockroom, you’ll greet customers, share your coffee expertise, and support the team achieve KPIs and sales targets.
