L’Occitane en Provence is seeking an experienced Full-Time Boutique Manager to lead the Belconnen Boutique in Canberra, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales targets.

You will inspire a high‑performing team, ensure seamless daily operations, and uphold brand standards while managing stock, merchandising, and reporting in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a role within a similar retail business.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Understanding of KPI’s and the ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.
