L’Occitane en Provence is seeking a dedicated Boutique Manager to lead the Doncaster boutique. You will manage daily operations, drive exceptional guest experiences, and coach a high-performing team to surpass sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar retail role.
• Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong team player capable of motivating a team.
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to analyse and report figures.
• Skin care experience is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations.
• Ensure the highest level of service to guests, measured against objectives.
• Inspire, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Uphold brand standards and guest-first experience.
• Execute visual merchandising and stock management per guidelines.
• Administrative responsibility for weekly boutique reporting.
• Lead and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
