Job summary

Nespresso in Canberra is seeking a Boutique Manager to set the tone for the day, motivate your team, drive sales, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience in a fast-paced, premium retail environment. This role follows a Full-Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.

You’ll coach on the floor, manage KPIs, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and mentor your leadership team.
