Nespresso in Australia is seeking an experienced boutique leader for a Full‑Time role on a rotating roster (32 hour / 44 hour). You will inspire and coach staff, drive smooth boutique operations, engage customers with coffee passion, and ensure admin and reporting tasks are kept on track.

This role follows a Full-Time (32 hour/44 hour per week) rotating roster with a mix of late-night trading shifts and alternate weekends.
