Job summary

Nespresso Canberra is seeking a Casual Boutique Coffee Specialist to join our team. You’ll greet customers, share your passion for coffee, and deliver memorable service in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Availability across 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible shifts during peak trading times. You’ll use POS systems, maintain presentation and safety standards, and enjoy staff discounts and coffee perks as part of a supportive team culture.

Flexibility is key – as this is a casual role, shifts may vary based on business needs.

Ideally, you’ll have availability across 3 -4 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday, with availability for key boutique trading times such as Friday late-night trade.
