Job summary

Osborn House is seeking a talented Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a luxury boutique property in Bundanoon, NSW. You will oversee reservations, reception, guest services, housekeeping and room service, ensuring flawless standards and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise housekeeping, facilities, food & beverage activities and financial controls, while coordinating staff rosters and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Hotel Manager or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
• Solid financial management, budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operation of accommodation services including reservations, reception, guest services, housekeeping and room service.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance and security to maintain high standards.
• Plan and supervise restaurant, bar, events and other hospitality activities.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback and improve service.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing and expenditure with financial controls.
• Manage purchasing, suppliers and stock for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S, liquor licensing and hospitality laws.
• Roster staff, allocate duties, train and monitor performance.
• Monitor reservations, occupancy and room demand for efficiency.
• Develop policies and procedures for consistent operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections and safety of premises.
