Job summary

TFE Hotels is seeking a driven General Manager for Adina Hotel Darling Harbour, Sydney. You will lead a 114-key boutique property, shaping guest experience and overseeing Rooms, F&B and Guest Services with autonomy and central support.

We value hands-on leadership, a strong F&B background, and a track record of lifting performance in boutique or lifestyle settings. Australian working rights are required; sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager or senior Hotel Manager in a quality hotel environment.
• Strong Food & Beverage background with a track record of improving restaurant and bar performance.
• Sharp commercial acumen with a proven record of lifting hotel or venue performance.
• Passion for personalised service and guest-first culture.
• Dynamic, hands-on, highly visible leadership with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of WHS, food safety and hotel compliance requirements.
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Build hotel performance end to end across Rooms, F&B and Guest Services.
• Shape the identity of Shoreline Kitchen and drive activations and partnerships.
• Own revenue, F&B sales, labour, and cost control with central budgeting support.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and the local business community.
• Recruit, develop and inspire a motivated, hands-on team.
• Lead in a boutique, guest-centric environment with strong service standards.
