Hastings People is seeking a Front Office Manager for a luxury property in a sought-after regional coastal destination. The role reports to the General Manager and combines hands-on leadership with guest-centric service, working closely with Food & Beverage and other divisions to ensure a seamless guest journey.

You will lead from the front, managing Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations, while fostering relationships with guests and senior stakeholders to sustain exceptional service.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience within boutique hotels, luxury accommodation or premium hospitality.
• Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations.
• Passion for delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the entire Front Office team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through a service-led approach.
• Support operational performance across all accommodation functions.
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
