Qualificações

• Experience as Centre Director or senior ECE leader.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong communication with families and staff.
• Experience with budgets, occupancy and compliance.

• Lead educator team and drive a culture of quality.
• Maintain high standards across safeguarding and compliance.
• Build relationships with children and families and the local community.
• Oversee staffing, rostering and operational requirements.
