Qualifications

• Education: Certificate II/III in a relevant area (or substitute).
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant retail supervisory experience, preferably liquor or fast-paced retail.
• Current RSA qualification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills; stock control and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: ensure prompt service and quality goods; handle inquiries professionally.
• Supervision: oversee bottle-shop staff, scheduling and daily duties.
• Staffing: interview, hire, train, evaluate and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Store presentation: maintain clean, organized, appealing retail area.
• Compliance: enforce liquor RSA, safety and security procedures.
