Job summary

Rural City of Wangaratta in Wangaratta, VIC, is seeking a part-time Bookings Officer to support bookings for sporting facilities and community spaces. This 16-hour-per-week role focuses on coordination, accurate records, invoicing and smooth operations.

You will be the friendly contact for clubs and residents, delivering excellent service, managing bookings, payments and liaising with stakeholders to ensure facilities are accessible and well maintained.

Bookings Officer

Wangaratta, VIC | Temporary Part Time (16 hours per week until April 2027) | $36.76 per hour + super

Are you a highly organised administrator who loves helping people and keeping things running smoothly? Our Community & Recreation team is looking for a Bookings Officer to support the coordination of sporting facility and community space bookings across the municipality. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for clubs, community groups and residents. You’ll manage booking systems, maintain accurate records, process invoices and payments, and ensure our facilities are accessible, well managed and ready for use. You’ll also play a key part in communicating with stakeholders and supporting the delivery of valued community services.
