RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an Experienced Boilermaker Welder to join our Bunbury workshop on a permanent full-time basis. This is a workshop-based role, home every night.

You will fabricate and weld structural steel, mechanical components and piping to Australian Standards, interpret drawings, and maintain quality and safety at all times. We offer great hourly rates, day and afternoon shifts, and a supportive, safety-first culture with opportunities for continuous improvement.

Formación

• Australian-recognised Trade Certificate.
• Pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Commitment to safety, quality and reliability.
• Reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Southwest.
• Current Driver's Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Fabricate and weld structural steel, mechanical components and piping to specifications.
• Prepare materials for welding using best practices.
• Operate and maintain workshop tools safely and efficiently.
• Interpret drawings, blueprints and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, secure and well-kept workshop.
• Collaborate with teams, clients and suppliers to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Adhere to RCR's HSEQ policies and safety culture.

RCR Mining Technologies is looking for an Experienced Boilermaker Welder to join our Bunbury workshop on a Permanent - Full Time basis. This is a workshop-based role, home every night.

RCR Mining Technologies is a market leader and OEM in the design, manufacture, service, and support of innovative, award-winning materials handling solutions for the mining and rail sectors. Our product range includes apron and belt feeders, conveyors, bucket wheel excavators, stackers, spreaders, in-pit mining units, sizers, scrubbers, and screeners, supported by comprehensive OEM parts, maintenance, and lifecycle services.

About the Role

• Fabricate and weld structural steel, mechanical components, and piping to Australian Standards and client specifications.
• Prepare materials and components for welding using best practices.
• Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Interpret and work from drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and ensure all equipment is secure and well-kept.
• Complete additional tasks as directed within your skills and qualifications.
• Work in accordance with RCR's HSEQ policies, procedures and systems, and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For (Essential Criteria)

• Candidate with an Australian-recognised Trade Certificate
• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and perform physically demanding work.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.
• Reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Southwest.
• The right to live and work in Australia on an ongoing basis.
• Current Driver's Licence.
