Job summary

RCR Mining Technologies seeks Experienced Lube Technicians to join our Pilbara maintenance crews on ad hoc FIFO rosters. You will perform scheduled lubrication servicing, oil sampling, and lubrication system checks on fixed plant equipment, while maintaining accurate records and supporting preventative maintenance programs.

Reporting to the OEM Supervisor, you will collaborate with maintenance teams to improve plant reliability and life of equipment, following all safety procedures and site

Qualifications

• Experience as Lubrication Technician in mining or heavy industry.
• Current HR Driver’s Licence and relevant certification.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote FIFO mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled lubrication servicing and inspections of fixed plant equipment.
• Carry out oil sampling, grease application and lubrication system checks.
• Maintain lubrication records and servicing documentation.

RCR Mining Technologiesrequires three Experienced Lube Technician to join ourmaintenance crews on a Ad hoc basis in the Pilbara. Youwill be working on Service Delivery in combination withan experienced crew of full time and casualworkers.

Our product range includes apron and beltfeeders, conveyors, bucket wheel excavators, stackers,spreaders, in-pit mining units, sizers, scrubbers, andscreeners, supported by comprehensive OEM parts,maintenance, and lifecycle services.

About the Role

Reporting to the OEMSupervisor, you will be responsible for, but notlimited to:

Perform scheduledlubrication servicing and inspectionsof fixed plant equipment. Carry out oil sampling,grease application, and lubricationsystem checks. Monitor equipmentcondition and report abnormal wear,leaks, or contamination issues. Maintain accuratelubrication records and servicingdocumentation. Support the implementationof preventative maintenance andreliability programs. Inspect and maintainautomatic lubrication systems andlubrication points. Work safely in accordancewith site safety systems, permits andprocedures. Collaborate withmaintenance teams to improve plantreliability and equipment life. Work in accordance withRCR's HSEQ policies, procedures andsystems, and contribute to a strongsafety culture. Collaborate with internalteams, clients, suppliers andstakeholders to deliver projectoutcomes. Contribute to continuousimprovement of systems, processes andways of working.

What We Are Looking For (Essential Criteria)

With Certificate II inServicing (or equivalentqualification) With Current HR Driver’sLicence. Experience working as aLubrication Technician / Lube ServiceTechnician in mining or heavyindustry. Knowledge of fixed plantequipment lubricationrequirements. Experience with oilsampling and contamination controlpractices. Strong understanding ofworkplace safety procedures and hazardawareness. Ability to workeffectively in a remote FIFO miningenvironment. Good communication andreporting skills. Confined Space, Working atHeights and Gas Test Atmospheres, allcurrent within the last two years. First Attack Firefighting,no expiry. Ability to pass apre-employment medical including drugand alcohol screening, and fitness fora Ad hoc FIFO roster. The right to live and workin Australia on an ongoing basis. Current Driver'sLicence.

Bonus Points If You Have (Desirable Criteria)

Experience working on ironore processing plants. Familiarity with CMMSmaintenance systems (SAP, etc.). Basic mechanical aptitudeand troubleshooting capability. Working at Heights,Confined Space and Gas Testingcertifications.
