RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Bunbury Finance team at the Bunbury Head Office. You will partner with operational leaders to deliver accurate financial reporting, robust analysis, and actionable insights that drive profitability and performance across manufacturing, parts sales, and field services.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• CPA or CA qualification or currently working towards completion.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in management accounting, commercial finance, financial analysis, or finance business partnering roles.

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver financial reporting, analysis, insights, and recommendations that support informed business decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and performance review processes across assigned portfolios.

RCR Mining Technologies is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our Finance team based at our Bunbury Head Office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our businesses. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and strategic support that drives profitability, operational performance, and informed decision-making, a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your financial expertise will directly influence business outcomes. Working alongside operational leaders, you will provide meaningful insights, robust financial analysis, and strategic support that drive performance, identify opportunities, and enable confident decision-making. About the Role

This role combines strong technical accounting expertise with commercial acumen to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, you will lead key financial processes, support business performance, ensure compliance with accounting standards and governance requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to interpret and apply Australian Accounting Standards while balancing operational and commercial outcomes. You will communicate financial and governance requirements to non-financial stakeholders, translating complex accounting concepts into practical business advice that supports informed decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• CPA or CA qualification or currently working towards completion.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in management accounting, commercial finance, financial analysis, or finance business partnering roles.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance management, and business analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Advanced financial modelling, business case development, and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards, financial governance, and internal controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to explain technical accounting concepts and translate financial information into practical business insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience within mining, manufacturing and resources sector.
• Experience supporting contract management, tenders, pricing reviews, and commercial agreements.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) or similar ERP systems.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
