Job summary

RCR Mining Technologies, a leader in materials handling and mineral processing equipment, is seeking skilled Boilermakers and Welders for its Welshpool workshop in Perth. You will join a team fabricating structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages, and carry out repairs and maintenance on heavy mining equipment.

Day and Afternoon shifts are available with casual and full-time positions. Candidates must be trade-qualified, able to pass a 3G/4G weld test, and operate safely as part

Qualifications

• Boilermaker or Welder trade qualification is required.
• Ability to pass a 3G/4G weld test.
• Experience with Flux Core FCAW welding.
• Experience with MMA, SMAW, SAW, GTAW welding processes.
• High Risk Licence for Dogging or Rigging essential.
• Able to read drawings and work to fine tolerances.
• Live local to the Perth metro area.
• Physically fit for hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping packages.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on heavy mining equipment.
• Read drawings and work to tight tolerances.
• Ensure safety and quality in a team environment.

What We're Looking For

• Live local to the Perth metro area
• Trade qualified Boilermaker orWelder
• Able to pass a 3G/4G weld test
• Strong Flux Core (FCAW) weldingskills
• Experience with MMAM, SMAW, SAW, GTAWwelding processes
• High Risk Licence - Dogging or Rigging(Essential)
• Good understanding of weld preps and procedures
• Can read drawings and work to fine tolerances
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a good team player
• Physically fit and able to do hands-on work
