Aston Advantage is seeking skilled fabricators for a well-established Australian manufacturing facility in New South Wales. The role focuses on MIG welding and fabricating steel components across precast products for commercial and industrial projects.

We offer $50/hr plus super, with loads of hours, mixed shifts, and ample overtime for reliable, experienced fabricators. Join a team handling beams, columns, flooring systems, walls and stairs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• MIG welding and fabrication of steel components in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements for fabrication.
• Accurate mark-out and quality workmanship on structural precast components.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel components for precast beams, columns and floors.
• Read drawings and ensure dimensions meet specifications.
• Perform quality fabrication with attention to tolerances and safety.
