Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a hands-on metal fabrication worker for a well-established workshop in Coffs Harbour. The role involves fabricating and assembling metal structures, reading drawings, and performing cutting, grinding and welding with MIG/TIG processes.

You will use workshop machinery, measure materials, and conduct quality checks with on-the-job training and supportive team culture. An on-site, full-time position offers stable work in a growing metal fabrication operation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent trade qualification.
• Experience in general and structural steel fabrication.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and work from fabrication and engineering drawings.
• White Card.

Our client is a well-established metal fabrication company based in Coffs Harbour, specialising in quality metal fabrication and workshop services. They are looking for reliable, hands-on workers to join their team and support ongoing fabrication and workshop operations.

What you will be doing:
